At Alphamino UK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within the timeframe below.
1. Return Eligibility
- You may return products for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products (e.g., opened or used products, sterile research materials) cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons. This includes any and all Peptide products.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support team at info@alphamino.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return address.
- Please securely package the item and ship it back to us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
- We recommend using tracked shipping, as you are responsible for the item until it is received.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after we receive and process the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
- We will arrange a replacement (or a refund in cases where a product is out of stock) at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened, used, or tampered items
- Peptide vials, even unopened (unopened vials cannot be resold due to safety concerns)
- Safety-sealed or sterile products once the seal is broken
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
